- Product-oriented process
The project management processes describes, organizes, and completes the work of the project. The product-oriented processes specify and create the project's product.
The ImerNet project management processes are based on the Project Management Institute (PMI) project management method. Our product-oriented processes are based on industry standard software development methodologies and include:
- INetWeb for web site design
- INetSys for systems development and integration
- INetServ for network services
Our project management framework has five Process Groups and nine Practice Areas. The process groups describe a generalized view of how the various project management processes commonly interact. The Practice Groups describe project management areas in terms of their component processes.
